智通财经APP讯，顺腾国际控股(00932)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年9月30日止六个月期间将取得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合亏损约800万港元至约1300万港元，而截至2024年9月30日止六个月公司拥有人应占综合亏损约430万港元。
董事会认为，相关期间综合亏损预期增加主要归因于以下净影响：销售及分销开支增加由于于相关期间新推出产品的广告及促销活动力度加大，而该等开支预计将于截至2026年3月31日止财政年度下半年有所减少，加上设有推销员的零售店销售增长导致推销员佣金开支上升;由于推出原材料成本较高的新产品及升级产品，以及对若干产品进行包装调整所产生的额外成本，导致销售成本增加;位于著名零售连锁分销商门店的特别指定专柜的租金增加，该增加与特别指定专柜的收益增长相符，因为租金的计算方式与特别指定专柜的总销售额相关;及于相关期间投资物业的公平值亏损减少。
