消息面上，2025年11月12日，香港具规模承建商荣利营造宣布重大战略举措 —— 旗下非全资附属公司荣启新能源与全球新能源龙头宁德时代(300750.SZ,03750)订立谅解备忘录，双方将在绿色能源领域展开深度合作。这一合作不仅标志着荣利营造正式切入新能源及储能赛道，更是其从建筑承建商向绿色科技服务商转型的关键里程碑。
公告显示，双方将聚焦储能系统供应的工程设计、采购及施工，共同搭建全球新能源应用解决方案网络，并携手战略伙伴探索储能系统集成的全球合作机遇。
此次合作的核心主体荣启新能源，由荣利营造持有70%股权，成为集团撬动绿色能源市场的重要支点。市场预期，借助宁德时代的技术与资源优势，公司将迅速确立在香港乃至大湾区 “新能源 + 建筑”一体化解决方案领域的领先地位。从长期来看，这一战略举措也为荣利营造打开了通往万亿美元级别绿色能源赛道的入口。
