智通财经APP讯，交通银行(03328)发布公告，经相关监管机构批准，交通银行股份有限公司(本行)在全国银行间债券市场发行“交通银行股份有限公司2025年第三期总损失吸收能力非资本债券(债券通)”(本期债券)， 并于2025年11月14日发行完毕。
本期债券发行总规模为人民币300亿元，分为两个品种，其中品种一为4年期固定利率债券，发行规模为260亿元，票面利率为1.93%，在第3年末附有条件的发行人赎回权;品种二为4年期浮动利率债券，发行规模为40亿元，首个利率重置期票面利率为1.94%，固定利差0.46%，在第3年末附有条件的发行人赎回权。
本期债券募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和主管部门的批准用于提升本行总损失吸收能力。
