智通财经APP讯，博雷顿(01333)发布公告，于2025年11月14日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已按照单独基准同意作为本公司代理尽力促使合共不少于六名承配人按照配售协议所载条款并在其条件规限下认购最多1000万股新H股，配售价为每股H股25.08港元。
最多1000万股配售股份分别占本公告日期已发行H股及已发行股份总数的约4.15%及约2.63%，且分别占经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的H股及已发行股份总数的约3.98%及约2.57%(假设除配发及发行配售股份外，自本公告日期至截止日期本公司已发行股份未发生变动)。配售价每股H股25.08港元，较2025年11月14日(即配售协议日期)于联交所所报收市价每股H股29.50港元折让约14.98%。
假定所有配售股份均获悉数配售，配售的所得款项总额及所得款项净额(扣除佣金及估计开支后)预计分别为约2.508亿港元及约2.4亿港元。在此基础上，每股配售股份的净发行价将约为24.0港元。
