AEM's Multiyear Growth Outlook Remains Robust -- Market Talk

0353 GMT - AEM Holdings' multiyear growth outlook remains robust to DBS Group Research's Amanda Tan. The Singapore semiconductor test-solution provider affirmed its 2H revenue estimate of S$170 million-S$190 million and expects it to be closer to the higher end, which suggests improving order visibility, she writes in a note. Its new customer traction also continues to gain steam as revenue from its fabless artificial intelligence customer could rise significantly in 2026, she says. Market demand appears constructive with industry bellwethers pointing to central-processing unit recovery, which reinforces momentum for the company. Still, sentiment could be tempered by an ongoing legal case, she notes. DBS maintains its buy rating and target price of S$2.10. Shares rise 1.1% to S$1.82. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
