ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Paul Atkins 阐述了其加密“代币分类法”计划，用以明确区分哪些加密货币属于证券，同时 SEC 正以全新方式推进数字资产监管。
Paul Atkins 表示分类法将以豪威测试为根基。豪威测试源于 1946 年美国最高法院的一项判决，SEC 经常引用该测试来判定某资产是否构成投资合同，从而进一步被视为证券。
Paul Atkins 随后补充说，加密货币可以是投资合同的一部分，但这并不意味着它们将永远如此。
