据知情人士透露，正在考虑的选项包括收紧借壳上市规定，以及要求公司进行新的审计。因计划尚未公开，他们要求匿名。他们补充说，目前尚未确定任何正式的行动方案。
一位知情人士说，自9月以来，由于日本交易所的阻挠，三家上市的日本公司已暂停购买加密货币的计划；这些公司被告知，如果它们将购买加密货币作为一项商业策略，其融资能力将受到限制。
日本交易所一位代表在电子邮件中写道，交易所目前没有任何普遍的规定反对上市公司积累加密货币，但“正在监控那些从风险和治理角度引起担忧的公司，以保护股东和投资者”。
