　　泛远国际（02516）盘中涨近65%，截至发稿，股价上涨37.26%，现报0.70港元，成交额901.18万港元。

　　泛远国际宣布，配售最多约1.56亿股股份，占扩大后股本约16.67%，配售价每股0.455港元，较11月12日收市价0.51港元折让约10.78%，所得款项净额约6962万港元，其中不少于约6000万元用于加强现有物流业务发展，及余下款项用于一般营运资金。

　　软库中华此前发布研报称，泛远国际为中国知名的跨境电子商务物流服务供应商，主要提供端到端跨境配送服务、货运代理服务以及其他物流服务。该行指出，附属公司杭州泛远国际物流有限公司已成功加入亚马逊服务商网络，为亚马逊平台卖家提供跨境物流服务 。公司积极加强海外布局，香港及美国收并购有助加快构建国际物流供应链节点网络。
