此轮融资对该公司的估值为7.4亿美元，由风险投资公司凯鹏华盈（Kleiner Perkins）和Index Ventures共同领投，Khosla Ventures等其他现有投资者参投。
Parallel的目标是解决其所认为的互联网使用的根本性转变，因为AI代理日益成为网络的主要用户。该公司构建了应用程序编程接口（API），让AI系统在实时网络上搜索最新信息，以完成任务。
阿格拉瓦尔表示，其企业客户使用Parallel为编写软件代码、为销售团队分析客户数据和评估保险承保风险的人工智能代理提供动力——在这些领域，高质量的网络数据和内部系统至关重要。
Parallel成立于两年前，于2025年8月首次推出产品。该公司此前曾在2024年1月融资3000万美元。
