智通财经APP讯，金科服务(09666)发布公告，于2025年11月14日(星期五)下午四时正，要约人Broad GonggaInvestment Pte. Ltd.已接获要约项下4406.43万股股份(接纳股份)的有效接纳，占本公司于本公告日期全部已发行股份约7.38%。
经计及接纳股份(待完成将该等接纳股份转让予要约人后);及要约人及其一致行动人士于寄发综合文件前已拥有的3.34亿股股份，要约人及其一致行动人士于合共3.78亿股股份中拥有权益，占本公司于本公告日期全部已发行股份约63.29%。
除上文所披露者外，概无要约人及其一致行动人士于要约期收购或同意收购任何股份或股份权利;或于要约期及直至本公告日期(包括该日)借用或借出本公司任何相关证券(定义见《收购守则》规则22注释4)。
于2025年4月28日(要约期开始之日)，要约人及其一致行动人持有、控制或支配合共2.26亿股股份，占本公司于本公告日期全部已发行股份约37.86%。
要约人已决定将截止日期进一步延长至2025年11月25日(星期二)下午四时正(经延长截止日期)，以提供更多时间予股东考虑接纳要约。
