消息面上，潍柴动力此前公告称，公司与参股公司CeresPower签订制造许可协议，拟建立应用于固定式发电市场的电池和电堆生产产线，产品将为AI数据中心、商业楼宇及工业园区等场景提供电力。该协议属公司日常及一般业务行为，未达到披露标准。
花旗发表报告，若潍柴公布与CeresPower在固态氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)项目上的战略合作细节，将显著提升公司估值及长期盈利预期。维持潍柴动力“中性”评级，将目标价由16.3港元升至21.3港元。该行将潍柴2025至27财年各年大缸径发动机销量预估分别调升至1.2万、1.5万及1.8万台。
