西班牙股市监管机构对埃隆・马斯克旗下的社交媒体平台 X 处以 500 万欧元（约合 580 万美元）罚款。处罚原因是该平台未能确认一家通过其投放广告的加密资产公司，是否具备提供投资服务的合法资质。

　　这份日期标注为 11 月 3 日的罚款决定，已于周四在西班牙官方公报上公布。

　　X 平台（前身为 Twitter）尚未立即回复路透社通过电子邮件发出的置评请求。该平台可就此次罚款向西班牙高等法院提起上诉。

　　西班牙早在 2022 年就已采取措施，规范乱象丛生的加密资产广告市场：该国将大规模广告审核工作交由西班牙国家证券市场委员会（CNMV）负责，同时要求确保投资者充分了解相关投资风险。

　　罚款文件中提到：“（西班牙国家证券市场委员会决定）对推特国际无限公司（Twitter International Unlimited Company）处以罚款…… 因其未履行应尽职责，未核实量子人工智能（Quantum AI）是否已获得西班牙国家证券市场委员会授予的投资服务提供资质，也未核实该公司是否被列入西班牙国家证券市场委员会或外国监管机构发布的警示实体名单。”
