意大利奢侈品牌普拉达首席财务官安德烈亚·博尼尼（Andrea Bonini）周四接受媒体采访时表示，该集团仍计划实施双重上市，但需待上市日期“临近六个月时”才会最终确认。
自2022年以来，关于这家在香港交易所上市的集团可能实施双重上市的猜测持续不断。当时普拉达高管保罗·赞诺尼（Paolo Zannoni）向媒体表示这属于备选方案但非优先事项。
博尼尼周四表示此类举措“在某个时间点将成为正确选择”。
他表示：“我们始终坚信这是正确的发展方向。但除非时间节点临近六个月之内，否则我们不会设定具体时间表。”
经历新冠疫情推动的繁荣期及中国市场增长趋于平稳后，奢侈品股普遍遭遇增长放缓。博尼尼表示他观察到该行业正在“企稳”，这意味着消费复苏可能即将到来。
他表示：“美国市场表现良好，总体而言其业绩几乎无懈可击。”但他也指出前景未必持续平坦，因为“当出现泡沫因素推升市场狂热时，始终需要保持审慎态度”。
