Shares of Airo Group Holdings fell to a 52-week low after a delay in drone shipments hurt third-quarter revenue.
Shares slid 16% to $10.68 and are down 56% year-to-date.
The aerospace-and-defense company's third-quarter revenue fell roughly 73% to $6.28 million, it said Friday.
The company said sales were hurt by a drop in drone segment revenue due to a $20 million shipment being delayed until the fourth quarter for customer-requested upgrades.
The company says it has booked fourth-quarter revenue totaling $24.5 million as of Friday.
Airo narrowed its third-quarter loss to $7.96 million, or 28 cents a share, compared with a loss of $30.3 million, or $1.85 a share, in the same quarter a year earlier, reflecting lower one-time items and overall operating cost controls, the company said.
Airo said it expects full-year 2025 revenue to exceed 2024 revenue of $86.9 million.
