智通财经APP讯，丰盛控股(00607)发布公告，于2025年11月14日，卖方Five Seasons VI (D) Pty. Ltd.(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方Talga Solutions Pty Ltd订立该协议，卖方同意出售，且买方同意购买该土地，总代价为500万澳元(相当于约人民币2327.18万元)。
据悉，该地块为有关发展用地现时包括88号地段(测量图编号SP 201271)及89号地段(测量图编号SP 186262)(母土地)。
经计及本集团的当前财务状况和未来流动资金需求，以及澳洲房地产市场前景，董事认为，出售事项为本公司按合理价格变现该土地价值的良机，出售事项的所得款项将产生额外营运资金，改善本集团的财务状况及加强流动性。鉴于土地部分A及土地部分C目前为空置土地，而土地部分B仅用作高尔夫球场的非重要部分，本公司认为出售事项不会对本集团的旅游业务(包括(其中包括)澳洲昆士兰州道格拉斯港的喜来登项目)产生任何重大影响。董事会(包括独立非执行董事)认为，出售事项的条款及条件符合一般商业条款，属公平合理，且符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
