智通财经APP讯，南华金融(00619)公布，于2025年11月14日，公司与一家于中国境内注册成立的公司(对方)签署了一份谅解备忘录。对方主要从事：(i)使能技术层面–使用人工智能(AI)开发加速资料数据分析、预测和研究的工具和算法;(ii)科学基础层面–使用AI研究分子机制以达到转化应用和满足临床需求的目的;及(iii)终端产品和临床应用层面–从分子研究中转化洞见到药物管线研发和真实世界的临床应用。本次拟成立的合营公司，将于中国内地或中国香港设立，目标为：(a)开发AI药物研发平台及提供相关技术服务;(b)开发AI药效预测平台服务全球美妆客户;(c)开发疾病和衰老管线;及(d)开发与直营面向消费者的抗衰产品。
在巩固现有金融主营业务的同时，该集团一直在积极寻求向高科技领域进行战略拓展的机会。投资AI赋能的生物科技领域，是集团落实业务多元化战略的关键一步。董事会相信通过合营公司，集团将进军包括AI制药、美妆科技及抗衰老消费市场等高增长领域，这不仅有助于分散集团现有业务的单一风险，更能为集团开辟极具潜力的新收入与利润来源，实现长期价值的可持续增长。
