智通财经APP讯，正荣服务(06958)发布公告，安永会计师事务所(安永)已辞任本公司核数师，自本公告日期起生效。考虑到本公司与安永未能就安永截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的建议审计费用达成共识，而其他合适专业会计师事务所提供的方案更具竞争力，另为了维持良好企业管治及加强核数师独立性，董事会审计委员会(审计委员会)及董事会已决定不就截至2025年12月31日止年度继续聘用安永提供审计服务。
董事会进一步宣布，经审计委员会推荐，其已决议委任中正天恒会计师有限公司(中正天恒)为本公司新任核数师，自本公告日期起生效，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺，且根据本公司经修订及重述的组织章程细则，其任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
