本报讯 （记者 孟旭） 日前，苏州工业园区“一网通办”小程序新增企业版。这是继今年2月园区一网通办·企业服务（电脑端）上线之后的再次升级，实现了从电脑端到手机端的延伸，为企业用户带来更加智能化的办事体验。

“一网通办（企业版）”小程序首批上线投资创业、税务服务、人才服务、用工服务、出海服务等22个主题专区，推出政务地图、自贸区地址查询、预约取号、可信身份认证等19项服务工具，打造“即时可达、随身即用”的政务工具箱。

通过引入AI大模型，“一网通办（企业版）”小程序实现“搜、问、办”全链融合，并推出“AI看专区”“AI解读”“AI收藏夹”等功能。人才服务、企业登记、知识产权等专业领域智能体，更是“组团”提供服务。企业用户可通过语音或文字输入，快速获取政策重点、办理入口及服务资源，实现“随心提问，AI实时响应”。

基于用户的办件信息、搜索及浏览记录等行为数据，“一网通办（企业版）”小程序构建起“千人千面”的服务模式，主动精准推送办件进度、政策申报提醒等个性化内容。其“跨屏协同”功能还可将手机端操作无缝衔接至电脑端，解决部分复杂业务场景下的办理断点问题。
