11月12日消息，近日，融创商业与深国际正式签署合作协议，双方将共同开发运营石家庄正定真悦天地项目。据了解，正定真悦天地位于正定古城西北部，除数智化 物流产业 园外，项目总建筑面积约32万平方米，集商务办公、文旅街区、国际 酒店 、商业MALL、冰雪运动等多元城市空间于一体，为国内首个“物流+商业”双轮驱动的产城 综合 体，同时也是融创商业在京津冀区域布局的首个“冰雪+文旅”轻资产项目。
