智通财经APP获悉，欢喜传媒(01003)盘中跌超11%，截至发稿，跌5.71%，报0.33港元，成交额531.47万港元。
消息面上，欢喜传媒近日公告，引入C River Co作为新投资人。根据协议，C River Co 以每股0.3港元的价格认购公司7.28亿股新股，占其现有股本的约19.90%，同时获发7.31亿份认股权证，本次新股认购及认股权证认购合计募资净额约2.25亿港元。若未来认股权证悉数行使，欢喜传媒将筹集3.22亿港元融资。
此外，欢喜传媒公告与上海阶跃星辰智能科技有限公司订立战略合作框架协议，双方计划以成立合资企业为合作平台，在影视创作、互动文娱、游戏开发及知识产权周边衍生等领域，开展深度数据合作与大模型技术联合探索等。
