加科思-B（01167）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.22%，现报7.26港元，成交额2102.58万港元。
11月13日，加科思宣布，设立联席首席执行官制度。现任董事长兼首席执行官王印祥博士将与现任首席医学官王宜博士共同担任公司联席首席执行官。在新的管理架构下，王印祥博士将继续全面主导公司全球战略规划、重大决策及研发体系建设；王宜博士将负责海外市场业务拓展、国际合作与临床开发工作，进一步加强公司在全球创新药研发与商业化领域的协同。
值得注意的是，加科思此前公布，与海松资本及一名产业合作方签署增资及股权转让协议。根据本次协议，海松资本将以人民币1.25亿元首付款及7500万元里程碑付款收购北京加科思旗下加科瑞康80%的股权。完成后，北京加科思于加科瑞康持股将降至10%。剥离非核心资产后，公司的战略可以更加聚焦在肿瘤领域，现金流也得到了补充。
