新加坡金融管理局（MAS，即新加坡央行）最高官员于周四表示，新加坡央行计划推进建设可扩展且安全的代币化金融生态系统，为此明年将开展代币化 MAS 票据发行试点，并出台相关法律以监管稳定币。

　　新加坡金融管理局局长Chia Der Jiun在新加坡金融科技节（Singapore FinTech Festival）的主题演讲中指出：“代币化已起步，但资产支持型代币是否达到了‘逃逸速度’？目前尚未达到。”

　　他表示，新加坡金融管理局一直在完善稳定币监管框架的细节，后续将拟定相关立法草案，核心重点是 “稳健的储备资产支持与可靠的赎回机制”。

　　Chia Der Jiun还补充称，新加坡金融管理局同时在支持 “蓝色倡议”（Blue Initiative）下的各项试点项目，该计划旨在探索使用代币化的银行负债以及受监管的稳定币来进行结算。
