Bumitama Agri Set to Benefit From Inclusion in MSCI Singapore Small Cap Index -- Market Talk
Dow Jones
Nov 14
0201 GMT - Bumitama Agri stands to benefit from its stock inclusion in the MSCI Singapore Small Cap Index in November, RHB Research's Singapore team says in a note. This could indicate the stock would trade at higher-than-historical price-to-earnings mean, the team says. Hence, RHB pegs the stock's target price-to-earnings at 12x, which is at the top end of the palm-oil producer's regional peers' range of 6x-12x for 2026. Its stock price will probably be supported by the company's solid 2025 dividend yield of around 5%. RHB raises the stock's target price to S$1.45 from S$1.10 with an unchanged neutral rating. Shares are 4.05% lower at S$1.42. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
