智通财经APP讯，星空华文(06698)发布公告，于2025年11月13日，公司间接全资附属公司上海久吾一生与合营伙伴(北京无界音场文化传媒有限公司)订立合营协议，据此，订约方同意成立合营公司，以于中国开展及运营AI音乐业务。
根据合营协议的条款，上海久吾一生将投资合共人民币1.15亿元，其中人民币32万元将作为合营公司注册资本，而人民币1.1468亿元将分配至合营公司的资本储备;及合营伙伴将投资合共人民币2.44亿元，其中人民币68万元将作为合营公司注册资本，而人民币2.437亿元将分配至合营公司的资本储备。合营公司成立后，将由上海久吾一生及合营伙伴分别拥有32%及68%权益，且将成为合营伙伴的非全资附属公司。
集团与合营伙伴的合作建立在优势互补的基础上。合营公司的成立将整合双方的内容优势与技术能力，实现数据驱动的大规模个性化AI音乐创作。此举标志着双方在AI音乐产业中争夺战略制高点的关键一步，旨在实现内容与技术的互利共赢。
