BlockBeats 消息，11 月 14 日，卢森堡财政大臣 Gilles Roth 表示，尽管卢森堡跨代主权财富基金（FSIL）有权投资其他加密资产，但仍决定将投资组合的 1% 专门配置给比特币。基金选择只投比特币，追求长远发展。Roth 强调，加密货币尤其是比特币是欧洲竞争战略的一部分，数字资产已成为全球政策讨论核心。他认为比特币能提升欧洲竞争力，是“永不停歇”的系统，越来越多欧洲政治领袖开始研究它。他还指出，加密资产不是炒作，而是代码与资本的桥梁，虽经济不会转向比特币标准，但它会成为未来金融的一部分。
上月卢森堡财政部表示，FSIL 是欧洲首个投资比特币的主权财富基金，将通过 ETF 把 1% 配置给比特币等加密资产。
