11月14日，美的置业以3.44亿元摘得徐州翠屏山树人中学东地块，此举标志着其在核心城市的投资布局进一步深化，也展现出稳健民企在周期中的发展韧性。
资料显示，该地块位于徐州市云龙区云苑路西、郭庄路北，出让面积35847.20㎡，出让年限70年，规划为城镇住宅用地，楼面价5999.93元/㎡，区位条件优越。
自2010年进入徐州以来，美的置业已深耕当地15载，累计开发项目27个，服务业主超11万人，有扎实的市场口碑与品牌影响力。今年6月，美的置业与徐州新彭城建合作，于鼓楼区地铁3号线上盖打造首座宋韵四代住宅，持续探索轻资产共建模式。
市场数据显示，2025年1–10月，美的置业蝉联徐州市区商品房流量榜与商品住宅流量榜“双料冠军”，销售表现持续领跑，显示出强劲的市场认同与销售动能。
此次拿地更是美的置业2025年在公开市场的重要落子，不仅体现其稳健的资金实力与精准的投资策略，也进一步彰显企业深耕徐州、践行长期主义的决心。
