智通财经APP讯，康达新材(002669.SZ)发布公告，公司于2025 年8月28日与北一半导体科技(广东)有限公司(以下简称“北一半导体”)及其股东北芯科技(天津)有限公司、YUUNYONG(韩国籍自然人)签署了《收购意向协议》，拟通过现金方式收购北一半导体不低于51%的股权，取得其控股权。
《收购意向协议》签署后，公司有序开展了尽职调查、审计等工作，但前述工作进展未及预期，且交易各方就交易进程未能达成共识。为维护公司及全体股东的合法权益，经公司审慎研究，决定终止本次收购。交易各方于2025年11 月13日签署了《收购终止协议》。
