JD.com (HKG:9618) recorded a decline in attributable net income in the third quarter of 2025 to 5.28 billion yuan from 11.7 billion yuan a year prior, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The tech giant's earnings per share stood at 1.69 yuan in the three months, down from 3.86 yuan in the corresponding period last year.
Net revenue jumped 15% to 299.1 billion yuan from 260.4 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
For the nine months ended Sept. 30, attributable net income fell year over year to 22.3 billion yuan, while revenue rose to 956.8 billion yuan.
