　　11月12-13日，“太湖世界文化论坛·钱塘对话”在浙江杭州举行，主题为“财富金融文化的互鉴与创新”。在“对话：AI是泡沫还是革命？”论坛中，EXTEC Inc．创始人、总经理、首席系统架构师应马可介绍到，公司自认为是AI革命的一个底座，现在尝试用更新的方式，以更低的成本、更符合中国供应链的形式解决中国的集成电路上的一些卡脖子问题。

　　他认为，现在的AI是一个革命，而且具备革命的基础。“现在应该是AI最能接近人类想象时刻的体现，革命的时刻已经到来了。”

　　谈及如何应对AI泡沫，应马可表示，假使有泡沫，唯一的解决路径就是开源、开放。只有这样，所有的东西都将被拉到平等的角度上，最真实的技术水平就能被显现出来。

　　他举例表示，中国今年9月份已经产生了一个转折点，中国大模型已经超过了美国和欧盟的总和，在这种情况下，无论是阿里的大模型还是DeepSeek，对世界做的贡献是很大的。“只有通过开源的做法，才能使得下游的应用百花齐放，有更多AGI的原生应用，大家放在同一个平面上做比较。所以只有开放才是应对泡沫最好的办法，大家才不会有错误的估值。”
