BUZZ-Vaccine maker BioNTech falls after report Pfizer to sell stake in co
** U.S.-listed shares of vaccine maker BioNTech BNTX.O, 22UAy.DE fall 3.2% to $108.14 premarket
** Bloomberg reports that Pfizer is looking to sell its remaining stake in the co
** Report says Pfizer PFE.N offering about 4.55 million ADRs via an overnight block trade at $108 to $111.70 per share
** Offering coming at as much as a 3.3% discount to last close, according to Bloomberg
** Pfizer had partnered with the co for the COVID-19 vaccine
** BNTX stock down nearly 2% YTD
