智通财经APP讯，天安卓健(00383)发布公告，于2025年11月13日(交易时段后)，委托方昆明同仁医院有限公司(本公司的间接全资拥有附属公司)与承建商浙江舜杰建筑集团股份有限公司就昆明同仁医院二期的装修工程(包括(其中包括)甲状腺中心、综合住院楼及康复医学楼的装饰及装修工程)订立装修工程协议，代价为人民币1.3亿元。
装修工程协议主体事项为委托方已委任承建商负责位于中国云南省昆明市广福路1099号的昆明同仁医院二期的装修工程包括(其中包括)甲状腺中心、综合住院楼及康复医学楼的装饰及装修工程，总建筑面积约48357平方米。
董事认为(i)装修工程协议项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款进行;(ii)装修工程协议的条款属公平合理;及(iii)订立装修工程协议符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
