智通财经APP讯，PACIFIC LEGEND(08547)发布公告，于2025年11月14日(交易时段后)，本公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，本公司有条件同意配发及发行而认购人有条件同意认购合共6500万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.17港元。
认购价为每股认购股份0.17港元，较股份于2025年11月14日在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.200港元折让约15.00%。认购股份占经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约13.67%(假设本公司的已发行股本自本公告日期起至认购事项完成止并无变动)。
认购股份将根据一般授权予以配发及发行。配发及发行认购股份毋须取得股东批准。认购事项所得款项将为约1100万港元。本公司拟将所得款项用作本集团的一般营运资金，预期将用于以下用途：(i)约600万港元用于支付薪金、酬金、租金及贸易相关开支;(ii)约200万港元用于支付其他营运和行政开支;及(iii)约300万港元用于须于2025年年终前偿还香港的应计租金;及迪拜的银行贷款及其他借款的责任。
