智通财经APP讯，金力集团(03919)发布公告，于2025年11月14日，经公司与认购人双方共同协定，公司与认购人同意即时终止认购协议。于该终止后，认购协议各方应获解除及免除彼等各自于认购协议项下的责任，惟不影响于认购协议终止当日或之前已产生之任何权利或义务。由于认购协议已终止，认购事项将不会继续进行。
董事会认为终止认购协议不会对公司现有业务、经营或财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
