俞可飞先生由环境、社会及管治委员会委员获委任为环境、社会及管治委员会主席，自2025年11月14日起生效。
余安妮女士已自2025年11月14日起辞任公司的联席公司秘书及不再担任根据联交所证券上市规则第3.05条所规定公司的授权代表。余女士于辞任联席公司秘书及授权代表后，将继续担任根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下及上市规则第19.05(2)条项下代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的公司代理人。
欧启贤先生已获委任为联席公司秘书及授权代表，自 2025年11月14日起生效。同时，郑欢欣女士将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书及华丙如先生将继续担任另一名授权代表。欧先生将于获委任为联席公司秘书后与郑女士紧密合作，并协助郑女士履行联席公司秘书职责。
