金吾财讯 | 中金公司发研报指，“十五五”规划建议提出：加快建设新型能源体系，持续提高新能源供给比重，着力构建新型电力系统。我们认为，在新能源装机不断增长的背景下，电网与储能是加快实现能源绿色低碳转型与新能源高质量发展的关键环节。截至2025年7月[1]，全国风电、光伏累计装机规模分别为575、1110GW，新能源装机占比达到45.9%，新能源已超越火电成为第一大装机。根据国网能源研究院预测[2]，预计“十四五”期间风电、光伏新增装机有望突破13亿千瓦。我国气候变化目标提出到2035年，风光装机达到36亿千瓦以上。伴随着新能源装机规模的提升，电力系统消纳与稳定运行的压力或将逐渐凸显，构建新型电力系统迫在眉睫。该机构认为，电网与储能或将是解决新能源消纳问题、构建新型能源体系的核心环节。
