周三，美国财政部宣布成立“诈骗中心特别行动组”，披露最新举措为打击以虚假投资诱骗美国人的缅甸诈骗团伙。该特别行动组由司法部等参与成立，旨在打击“杀猪盘”骗局，这类骗局多由缅甸等地大型有组织犯罪团伙策划。该组由哥伦比亚特区联邦检察官领导，计划调动司法部、财政部等各部门，瓦解窃取美国人巨额资金的东南亚跨国犯罪企业。
