智通财经APP讯，WMCH GLOBAL(08208)及要约人BRIGHT LIGHT INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED联合公布，于2025年11月7日，要约人完成向WMCH Global Holdings Limited购买383,736,000股股份，占于本联合公告日期本公司全部已发行股本约53.297%，现金代价总额为1918.68万港元，即每股销售股份0.05 港元。紧随完成后，根据收购守则规则26.1，要约人须就所有已发行股份( 要约人及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意将予 收购者除外)提出强制性无条件现金要约，每股要约股份现金0.05港元，较股份于最后交易日2025年11月6日于联交所所报最后成交价每股0.094 港元折让约46.81%。公司已向联交所申请于2025年11月14日上午九时正起恢复股份于联交所的买卖。
于本联合公告日期，要约人由刘焕金先生全资拥有，彼亦为要约人的唯一董事。
