智通财经APP讯，大麦娱乐(01060)公布截至2025年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收入约40.47亿元，同比增长33%;归属于公司所有者利润约5.195亿元，同比增长54%;经调整EBITA约5.5亿元，同比减少14%。
2025年5月21日，该集团宣布大麦APP全面升级，构建起以AI技术为驱动的“快、全、准、近”的现实娱乐消费服务体系。目前，大麦平台用户规模已达3亿，保持全球行业领先地位，覆盖电影、演唱会、音乐节、话剧、脱口秀、展览、体育、旅游等40+细分品类，接入影院12000+、场馆20000+，真正实现了从演出票务平台向全品类一站式娱乐票务平台的跨越。
