智通财经APP讯，永升服务(01995)公布，董事会议决采纳2025年购股权计划。于2025年11月13日，董事会亦决议(i)根据2025年购股权计划向三名执行董事(即周洪斌先生、林祝波先生及周迪先生)授予3280万份购股权;及(ii)根据 2025年购股权计划向29名并非公司董事、主要行政人员或主要股东的其他雇员参与者合共授予2780万份购股权，惟须待2025年购股权计划生效后方可作实。
董事会相信，现时股份的买卖价格水平并未充分反映公司的相关价值。因此，视乎市场情况及公司届时的实际需要，董事会可能根据其于股东周年大会上所获股东授予的一般授权，于公开市场回购不多于172,855,400股股份(占于股东周年大会日期已发行股份总数的10%)。回购股份的相关代价将以集团现有可用现金储备支付。公司将把回购的股份作为2025年购股权计划的库存股份或注销回购的股份。
