南财智讯11月13日电，华润置地公告，于2025年11月13日，公司与配售代理UBSAGHongKongBranch订立配售协议，拟通过配售形式出售其所持有的华润万象生活合计49,500,000股股份，占华润万象生活已发行股份总数约2.17%。本次配售价格为每股41.70港元，较最后交易日收市价折让约9.58%，预计所得款项净额约为20.61亿港元。配售完成后，华润置地对华润万象生活的持股比例将由约72.29%降至约70.12%，中国华润作为最终控股股东的持股比例将降至约71.55%。华润万象生活将继续作为华润置地的附属公司，其财务业绩将持续并入集团报表。此次出售事项所得款项净额拟用于本集团收购储备土地、开发成本及一般营运资金。公司认为此次配售有助于优化华润万象生活的股东结构、提升股份流动性及市场信心，符合公司及股东的整体利益。配售预计将于交易日后两个营业日内完成。此外，公司承诺在配售完成后六十日内不减持华润万象生活股份，除非获得配售代理事先书面同意。
