智通财经APP讯，容百科技(688005.SH)公告，公司与宁德时代近日签署了《合作协议》。双方协议约定，宁德时代将容百科技作为其钠电正极粉料第一供应商。在公司钠电正极材料的技术、质量、成本、交付及服务等方面满足客户要求的前提下，宁德时代承诺向公司每年采购不低于其总采购量的60%，当年采购量达到50万吨及以上，公司将通过降本给予对方更优惠的价格。协议自签署日起生效，有效期至2029年12月31日。协议到期前3个月，双方如无异议，自动续约。
公告称，本次合作协议的签署，旨在进一步发挥各方在产业领域的专业与资源优势，致力于构建更安全、更低碳的新能源电池产业生态。
