格隆汇11月13日丨东方企控集团(00018.HK)公告，根据董事会对集团截至2025年9月30日止6个月(“报告期间”)之未经审核综合管理帐的初步审阅及董事会目前可得的资料，集团预期报告期间将录得公司拥有人应占未经审核综合溢利不多于港币200万元，去年同期公司拥有人应占未经审核综合溢利为约港币2501万元。 董事会认为，公司拥有人应占未经审核综合溢利下降主要由于：(i)宏观经济形势不利导致集团媒体及贷款业务收入下跌；及(ii)考虑到若干贷款的抵押品价值下跌而采取之结算安排，为应收贷款及利息预期信贷亏损作出亏损拨备约港币6,144,000元。
