智通财经APP讯，中国智慧能源(01004)发布公告，股份已自2024年4月2日起暂停买卖，有待刊发(其中包括)本集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审核全年业绩。联交所于2024年6月6日发出复牌指引。复牌指引规定本公司须在其证券获准恢复买卖前补救导致其停牌的事宜并全面遵守上市规则以使联交所信纳。
根据复牌指引，本公司须达成以下各项：1.根据上巿规则的要求刊发所有尚未刊发的财务业绩并处理任何审计修订;2.证明本公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条;及3.向市场公布所有重大资讯，以供本公司股东及投资者评估本公司状况。
本公司已采纳重点工作计划，以于2025年10月1日的18个月期限前完成复牌指引。
此外，公司已向联交所申请自2025年11月17日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。
