Persistence Resources (HKG:2489) proposes a change in its English name to Persistence Gold Group Ltd, alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is subject to shareholder approval.
The miner believes the new name is more in line with its current business activities and future development and will give it a more suitable corporate identity and image.
