China Properties Investment (HKG:0736) signed a three-year cooperation framework agreement with Junyuan Digital Technology (Shenzhen) to promote applications of the real-world assets (RWA) model, according to a Thursday filing.
The companies plan to develop a global capitalization pathway for RWA products using Hong Kong's commercial environment and blockchain technology.
Shares closed 4% higher on Friday.
