智通财经APP讯，CMON(01792)发布公告，董事会建议将本公司法定股本由38万港元(分为76亿股现有股份)增加至175万港元(分为350亿股现有股份)，方式为增设额外 274亿股新现有股份。
于本公告日期，本公司法定股本为38万港元，分为76亿股现有股份，每股面值0.00005港元。待增加法定股本生效后，本公司法定股本将变为 175万港元，分为350亿股现有股份，每股面值0.00005港元，而已发行现有股份为18.06亿股，均为缴足或入账列为缴足。
待增加法定股本生效后，董事会建议按以下基准实施股份合并：每35股每股面值0.00005港元的现有已发行及未发行股份将合并为1股每股面值 0.00175港元的合并股份。
于股份合并生效后，假设自本公告日期起至增加法定股本及股份合并生效日期止概无发行或购回现有股份，本公司法定股本将变为175万港元，分为 10亿股合并股份，每股面值0.00175港元，其中5160万股合并股份将为已发行股份。
现时现有股份于联交所以每手买卖单位70000股现有股份进行买卖。董事会建议将买卖单位由每手7万股现有股份更改为每手2000股合并股份，惟受限于并待股份合并生效后，方可作实。
