智通财经APP讯，加科思-B(01167)发布公告，为进一步推进集团全球化战略布局，提升跨区域运营效率，经董事会审议通过，公司将设立“联席首席执行官”(Co-Chief Executive Officer，简称“联席CEO”)制度。Andrea Wang-Gillam(王宜)博士，现任首席医学官(Chief Medical Officer，简称“CMO”)，于2025年11月12日被董事会任命为公司的联席CEO。
王宜博士在国际医药市场深耕多年，对欧美临床试验规范、监管环境、医疗体系及商业化逻辑具有深刻理解。王宜博士在美国从事肿瘤医生工作20余年，负责过多项抗肿瘤药的临床试验，特别在消化道肿瘤治疗领域是国际公认的临床专家。同时，作为圣路易斯华盛顿大学副教授，多年坚持肿瘤学的基础研究工作，对抗肿瘤药国际临床布局规划、对抗肿瘤药研究方向等有着深刻理解。
本次调整是集团推进全球化战略的重要举措，有利于形成“全球战略统筹+区域深耕落地”的协同模式，为公司股东创造更大价值。
