Shares of WhiteFiber slid after the company reported a third-quarter loss compared with the year prior.
The stock fell 15% to $16.91 in premarket trading.
The AI infrastructure and high-performance computing company reported a net loss of $15.8 million, or 47 cents a share, compared with a loss of $364,563, or 1 cent a share, the year prior.
Analysts expected a loss of 15 cents a share, according to FactSet.
The company said its wider loss reflected non-cash stock-based compensation and additional public-company costs after its August initial public offering.
Revenue rose 65% to $20.2 million. Wall Street expected $22 million.
