智通财经APP讯，迷策略(02440)发布公告，于2025年11月14日(交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)就认购事项与五名认购人订立五份认购协议，以认购价每股股份1.714港元认购合共4904.98万股认购股份。认购事项所得款项总额将为1082万美元(约8407万港元)。认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项所有相关成本及开支后)将约为8372万港元，净发行价将为每股认购股份约1.707港元。
认购价为每股股份1.714港元，较于认购协议日期联交所所报收市价每股股份2.10港元折让约18.38%。
合共4904.98万股认购股份相当于：公司于本公告日期的现有已发行股本约13.33%;及公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股本约11.76%(假设除发行认购股份外，公司已发行股本自本公告日期起直至完成概无变动)。认购股份总面值将为49.05万美元。
