智通财经APP讯，中慧生物-B(02627)发布公告，本集团近期启动本集团四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)及三价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)的I期临床试验。集团已于2024年7月就在研四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)及于2024年10月就在研三价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)取得中华人民共和国国家药品监督管理局的新药临床试验申请批准。
由于随着年龄的增长，免疫功能自然下降，流感对老年人，尤其是65岁以上老年人的影响更为严重。这一人群因感染流感而患重病和死亡的风险更高，从而大大影响健康并增加经济负担。集团的四价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)及三价流感病毒亚单位疫苗(佐剂)专为65岁及以上人群设计，由于添加了类MF59佐剂，免疫反应增强，提高了抗体滴度，为该年龄群体提供更佳保护。
